| Screen Printing Custom Screen printing is now available. Price chart below is our standard pricing for 100% cotton t-shirts sizes Small through X-Large. If you want 2XL or 3XL, add $1-2 per shirt. If you are interested in 4XL, 5XL t-shirts or Girls t-shirts, contact us for a quote. Each color/side requires a seperate screen, add $35 per screen. (This is a 1 time charge to buy and burn the image onto a new screen.) There is no set up charge on the first run. If you want to re-order a design there is a $10 per screen set up charge. We also do not charge to archive screens for the 1st 6 months. Click here for a pricing example Embroidery We can embroider your logo or design on Polo's, Caps, Hats, Hoodies, Patches etc. for an image to be embroidered it needs to be digitized first. Digitizing is a 1 time fee and cost $6.50 per thousand stitches. The cost of embroidery is $1.25 per thousand stitches and a $2-5 per garment set-up fee.
